Ordered Papadias first time. They were great. 350 Hwy Papa John's did a great job.

Everything here is great EXCEPT the fact that when you pull up to pick up your order the DELIVERY CARS are parked up front when they aren't used the majority of the time which makes customers walk further and handicapped have to work around more.

Terrible can’t believe I have to put one star, 2 hours after I order my pizza I got it and it was called! Called to complain and no one answered after 20 minutes on wait!

Kinda sad because this is my fav pizza like ever. But went to papa johns in raytown for the last time. This was supposed to be original crust. It was nothing that I am used to getting. All three pizzas were flat and unappetizing . Bring papa john back ! Hate to see the whole chain go down over a few choice words. And I'm black!

Was looking for better deals but they weren't much help. Larger family looking to save money.

The people that work at this papa johns is not friendly at all!! My order was supposed to be here in 30 minutes, they still weren’t here after an hour so I called to see when it would be here. The guy said it says our order was processing, I asked what that meant, he said “ I don’t know, it will probably be there in like 30 minutes “ I said okay that will be over a hour in a half , can I speak to a manager, and he hung up on me. I called back, same person answered and I asked to speak to a manager and he hung up on me again. So I called again, and was irritated at this point, and said “ this is the second time I have been hung up on, can I speak to a manager “ and he hung up on me again. When the deliver driver got here, I asked if he could call the store and get a manager on the phone for me and told him the situation, he proceeded to tell me that i had the same number he did and refused to call.

I love their pizza but service is almost always slow and they do not have great customer service

My wife ordered two pizzas online, and I picked them up on my way home from work. Got home, BOTH pizzas were were a completely wrong.

Not impressed with this location. I walked in the cashier wasn't capable of staying hello. Eventually the guy working then oven said hello. Also, touching their face and wiping their hands over everything doesn't seem sanitary. And when asking if they had anything like a hot and ready I had to repeat myself three times and then they said no. Didn't bother to suggest anything else and then with the most annoyed look the worker I was speaking with says you haven't ordered yet!? Now I'm at Domino's ordering a pizza right down the street. It's unfortunate for the business that some people lack any personal/social skills or customer service experience.

People are friendly and kept me up to date as to when my order would be done. I had ordered an additional item after I arrived and they were concerned on the time I was waiting. Good job on customer service

They have been disappointing the kast two times i have been and have charged me and not given my sauces

Oh my goodness.. Really‼️ I took another chance with this pizza and not to my surprise the pizza was horrible like always. Frankly I can't understand why this is a franchise business... I would have been better off getting a frozen Red Barron pizza from Walmart ‼️

i have been on hold for 20 minutes now and I placed my order over an hour ago...

We ordered for delivery. The email confirmation said it would take 25 to 45 minutes. After about an hour and a half we called to check up on the pizzas. They hadnt even started on them yet. The manager on duty was very rude and argumentative. After a lengthy discussion she only offered $2 off. I would not recommend this place at all. Try a pizza somewhere else.

This store is a joke. They delivered a pizza without the garlic sauce. Then they claimed they would deliver it in 20 minutes. After being on hold for 20 minutes, the manager said she would deliver it. I am done with them. Pizza Hut is in my future

I had a great experience at this location. All the people I had an interaction with was friendly. Good first time experience ever at Papa John's Pizza.

They are always cheerful, respectful and efficient coupled with great pizza.

Delivery for a pizza with 2 toppings and some wings took about an hour and a half to get. Pizza came out alright, crust was a little burnt. Quality overall was eh. The driver was nice and polite though. I think I’ll stick with Dominos.

This was a good pizza but there were very little toppings on the pizza's. Don't know if I'll order again.

Fast delivery

Ordered pizza they were supposed to be there in 30-40 minutes it was over an hour & they messed up our ordered. When I called about it was told they would remake it but would be over 2 hours I said I wanted a refund manager said not how it works & hung up. I went to the location to get refund management wouldn’t even talk to me or refund just threatened to call cops if I didn’t leave. I wasn’t even raising my voice just asked for refund. Manager should be fired no way to treat customers. If you mess up an order fix it or refund money.

We ordered a pizza and bread sticks, we were charged, given a confirmation number, and were told it would be an hour and a half wait. We waited and as it got closer we called to check in on the progress of our order, because it still said "making" online. We called and were repeatedly put on hold for 15 minutes or hung up on before even getting to speak to someone . We called from two phones to make sure it wasnt a phone difficulty problem. We never received our order. We eventually had to call the customer service line and speak to someone to even get our money back.

You want a free pizza you didn't order, get it here, I ordered 2 pizzas got 1 medium called store got right pizza the 2nd time kept the first one and got for free.

So I called to make a order and they said can you hold and never picked up the phone 35 minutes later they hung up on me I went and drove there so I can order food thinking they were busy and there was no one there and they're just sitting there on their phones a joke

great pizza, great service 9 times outta 10. occasionally they have a issue but usually they will solve it right away or find a way to make it right. I get it everyone is human.

Friendly service at this location and always having good deals.

It was disastrous customer service in store. After I mentioned that they got the order wrong, I had to ASK them to remake it. *For the nay-sayers out there, we did not walk out with the incorrect order and our paid for items. We left the mess-ups at the store.* There was not a word to put us at ease. No "sorry," no "it'll just be a minute." They even managed to tear the dough (wow) during the remake and didn't bother to redo the stretch. Just now writing this review but it was for a different day. Please make sure the staff understands the importance of a smile and a thank you.

Ordered two pizzas tonight and got a long black hair for free.

I found that Papa John’s owner not willing to pay for his employees health care with Obama care stating he would have to fire different employees in order to provide healthcare for his employees was very disturbing to me. I no longer patronize Papa John’s Pizza because of that fact regarding the health care especially when there’s numerous of grants and proposals out there for businesses to provide healthcare to their employees.

Great customer service! Jack was friendly and proactive in helping me get a very large delivery in time for our meeting.

So so. Hit and miss on getting a good pizza

Order was ready @store and 1/4 cut for my children. A big thing for parents.

Though low on drivers, very nice and helpful in stores.

Bad in store service, employee couldn't keep his pants up an had to constantly lift them up, an talked to softly an no knowledge of the menu, an very un-courteous in service, I call an complained to the corporate office, hope they fixed it.

Lol do you see this pizza?? He handed me this and was like "our food cost is high". The manager offered to remake it. Well your food cost wouldn't be high if you made it right the first time and wouldn't need to remake it.

DONT DO DELIVERY! They are always over an 1 1/2 or longer. They always use the word estimate to justify 2 hour wait times on a week day. The dont have enough drivers However if you carry out they are nice. Lobby is spacious and clean. I will give 1 star for delivery. But 4 stars for carry out.

This is a terrible place . Can't get the food correct. Don't care about making it right. They don't answer the phone. Everything is bad. Go anywhere but here!

Dominos took 90 minuets to deliver a room temperature pizza so I told them to to keep it and went to Papa John's. The staff was friendly and handed me a hot wonderful pizza in 15 minutes. Papa John's now has a new faithful customer.

I ordered 2 pizzas and bread sticks at 1251pm, after an hour I called to find out where it was, the person on the phone said it's being delivered. Here it is 210pm and still not here, even though it says delivery by 132pm!Wow!
